Colour: light and vibrant green, evoking freshness and naturalness but also images of dried fruit and Mediterranean landscapes and a sense of authenticity and lightness, making the product not only appetising but also visually appealing.
Density: rich and creamy, but not overly dense, making it easy to pour. The texture makes it pleasant to the palate.

Production process
This phase begins with the selection of high-quality pistachios, preferably roasted to enhance their flavour. The pistachios are then crushed and mixed with ingredients such as sugar, milk, cream and alcohol. This mix is blended until a homogeneous cream is obtained. After bottling, the cream can be left to rest for a period, allowing the flavours to harmonise and mature
