GRAPES
Fernão Pires, Jampal and Rabo de Ovelha

VINIFICATION
The grapes coming from the manual harvest of our associates, are unloaded and immediately destemmed and crushed. The must rests for 18 hours at a temperature of 12º C. The must is then filtered through a vacuum filter. Fermentation is done in stainless steel vats, maintaining the temperature at 18º C until its completion.

WINE AGING
The wine ages for a short time in deposits, being stabilized, filtered and bottled.

CONSUMPTION
The bottles should rest in a cool place (about 12º C) and with some 75% humidity. Consume young. Should be consumed at a temperature of 9º C to 11º C.
